If you know the current password for your email account, you can change it by logging into the account online using one of the two options below:
- Go to webmail."your domain name" (e.g. http://webmail.domain.com). Do not use "www" in the Web address. Then sign in with your full email address and password.
- Go to http://mail.emailsrvr.com. Do not use "www" in the Web address. Then sign in with your full email address and password.
After you log into the email account, click "Settings" >> "Change Password".
If you don't know the current email password, you'll need to change it by logging into the server. When your websites was launched, the website administrator should have received an email message with the subject "Domain Hosting Setup Complete" that contains the login information to access the server and setup email accounts. You can also find the administrative server access information listed when you log into your website account and click "TOOLS" >> "Email / Hosting".
